Charles Gargano's Nomination withdrawn

On March 13 the White House withdrew its Senate nomination of Charles A. Gargano of New York. Scott F. Kilner, a 27-year career diplomat (http://www.usembassy.at/en/embassy/sk_bio.htm), remains the Chargé d'Affaires at the U.S. Embassy.
