The Hollywood Librarian
Amerika Haus
Vienna, February 11, 2009
Fifty enthusiastic Austrian librarians enjoyed Ann Seidl’s film, The Hollywood Librarian, at Vienna's Amerika Haus on February 11. The screening, arranged by the American Reference Center (ARC) Vienna in cooperation with the Austrian Library Association, drew public and academic librarians from Vienna's major libraries – the Austrian National Library, libraries of the University of Vienna, Technical University, Economic University and the City of Vienna Library. They enjoyed the film’s inspiring portrait of American librarians as they have been portrayed in the movies.
